As an experienced medical doctor for over 20 years, I had the opportunity to serve in the Accident and Emergency Department for over 13 years in government and private hospitals with the last position as Head of the Accident and Emergency Department. In addition, I am also a Person In Charge (PIC) of a private hemodialysis center. This experience taught me how important it is for patients to get accurate and fast treatment because every decision made has an impact on patient morbidity and mortality.
Based on this experience, the idea of developing a user-friendly portal for the convenience of all to reach the desired health services was born.
